UrFU offers a wide range of graduate programmes in more than 70 fields, including engineering, natural science and humanities. International prospective students can have an up to 30-percent discount on tuition fee for the whole period of master’s studies (2 years) depending on entrance test results. Foreign citizens with a test score of 40 or higher are eligible for admission preferences.
Undiscounted tuition fees range between 130,000 rubes ($2,170) and 202,000 rubles ($3,370) per year. Liberal arts majors are most affordable. These include linguistics, history, political science, philosophy etc. Nuclear Physics and Technology is the most expensive programme (201,800 rubles/$3,360 a year).
