  • Civil Law

    “Civil” specialization is one of the mostly demanded specialization by employers that refers to the regulation of events and actions having legal effect, to the regulatory activity of legal relations, as implemented in the system of state institutes functioning, as well as between all economic agents: state, entities and individuals.      

    The professional activity includes: skills to interpret and to apply laws and regulations, to secure the enforcement of laws on the territory of the Russian Federation, to professionally evaluate legal information, to take legal decisions at a high professional level in accordance with the law.

    The Civil specialization presupposes the study of such applied and theoretical legal disciplines and sciences, as Notary, Advocacy, Copyright and Contractual Right. Graduates of the programme, as a rule, realize themselves in the spheres of civil, family, land, housing, employment and insurance disputes.
