European Studies
The European Studies specialization is aimed at the complex study of the European countries development and the macro-region study in general.
The Bachelor's degree graduates have an array of competencies allowing to objectively evaluate the events taking place in the region, and competently identify the most important trends of its development.
Students study various aspects of European integration, economic, political and socio-cultural life of European countries. In addition, the programme presupposes the study of two foreign languages, including one European language. Special attention is paid to the study of ethnic and confessional processes on the territory of European countries.

Eastern (Asian) Studies
The Eastern (Asian) Studies specialization is aimed at training of Bachelor's degree students with an array of competencies required for a comprehensive understanding of processes taking place in Asian countries.
Our graduates can easily navigate in economic, political, military, cultural and other aspects of region development.
Within the framework of the programme students learn two foreign languages, including one oriental language. Students also study features of the political system, economic activity, social institutions and cultural traditions of the largest states of the region. Special attention is paid to the study of history of these countries, as well as the variety of ethnoconfessional problems.
