This master's program is aimed at training high-qualified specialists with profound professional competences in the field of social work, skills in analytical and research work and understanding of the current social situation.
Training in the framework of this program assumes not only familiarity with the existing technologies of social work with family and children, but also an analysis of their conceptual grounds. Moreover, in addition to the theoretical component aimed at analyzing the foundations of the modern social state, as well as the development of independent research, civil and professional positions by undergraduates, this program contains a number of practice-oriented components, namely, the involvement of practitioners in teaching, the participation of undergraduates in research projects.

Students develop skills:

  • Expert analysis of situations in the areas of social policy aimed at helping families, children and other categories of the population;
  • Use of object-oriented and subject-oriented case-technologies in the social work of introducing innovations in the sphere of social work with family and children;
  • Psychodiagnostics in social work;
  • Effective communication with representatives of various social groups, resolving disputes, resolving conflicts;
  • Conducting research into the social sphere of society.

Conditions for admission.

Admission is carried out on a competitive basis following the results of admission tests: an examination and an interview.
