This Master Program aims to train highly qualified experts with deep knowledge of sociological theories and methods of sociological research; able to explore, analyze and forecast management systems and practices, as well as a wide range of processes and phenomena of the organizational environment; able to work in today's information society and knowledge economy; fluent in foreign languages.
Master of Sociology trained on the program "Sociology of management", is prepared to perform the following types of professional activity:

research activities;

practical work (social and economic policy performance measurement; social examination; teaching, information and advisory work at various institutions of education, culture, health, as well as in the field of social communications and other areas of professional activity);

organizational and management activities;

teaching.
Graduates may continue their scientific career or postgraduate studying at TSU or other universities.
