The programme includes 3 modules: Crop farming, Biological protection of plants, and Agricultural biotechnology.
The Master's Program includes the study of the following disciplines providing needed expertise:
- Biology of crops.
- Biotechnology of plant protection products and microbiological fertilizers.
- Micro-mites in plant protection.
- Theoretical foundations of advanced technologies in agronomy.
- Theoretical foundations of harvests programming.
- Crop greenhouses.
- Agricultural biotechnology.
- Environmental biotechnology.
- Electrification and automation of agricultural and biotechnological production.
- Methods of phyto-pathological research.
- Entomophages in plant protection and others.

Employer organizations of the Siberian Federal District and beyond are actively involved in our work through agreements on cooperation: Siberian Research Institute of Agriculture and Peat (Tomsk), Institute of Climatic and Ecological Systems of SB RAS (Tomsk), Siberian Research Institute of Crop Farming and Breeding of SB RAAS (Novosibirsk), M.A. Lisavenko Research Institute of Siberian Horticulture (Barnaul), Federal Service Department for Veterinarian and Phytosanitary Control in Novosibirsk Region (Novosibirsk), OOO "Trubachyovo" (Tomsk Region).
Graduates may continue their research as PhD-students.
Admissions
Admission is competitive, students with Bachelor’s degrees or higher are eligible. The admission tests are an exam in Agronomy and an interview.
