The program is designed for graduate students that aim to study in depth the history of Russian literature in the context of national and world history and culture. The partners of the program are the University of Naples, University of Rome and the University of Berlin (academic exchange programs and inclusive education).
Programme contents
Contents of the program defines a set of special subjects that allow students to obtained advanced knowledge in the mentioned areas. It includes the following:
- Russian Literature of the XIX Century in the Mirror of Social and Philosophical Schools;
- Russian Literature Abroad in the XX-XXI Centuries;
- History and Theory of Comparative Studies;
- Imagology;
- Multicultural Studies;
- Theory and Practice of Literary Translation;
- Russian-European literary ties.
- Traditions of Sentimentalism in Russian literature;
- Eternal Images in Intercultural Dialogue;
- Poetics of Russian Literature Abroad;
- Teaching of Philological Disciplines in Higher Education;
- and others.
The graduates can carry out teaching or research activities or continue their education as PhD students.
Admissions
Only students with a higher educational diploma may submit application for this programme. The students shall be enrolled on a competitive basis according to the results of entrance examinations.
