This programme is focused on training highly qualified specialists with advanced knowledge and skills in Cultural Studies Consulting, management, engineering and expert activities, classification and codification of cultural artifacts and information about them. These specialist should know legal, cultural and professional aspects of their activities.
Programme Contents
The programme includes the most important subjects and classes dedicated to the modern trend in national and international Cultural Studies. Also, this programme is focused on practical aspects of formation and implementation of cultural policies (national and international experience), sociocultural engineering, and project management. That is why
the programme's curriculum includes the following core courses: Business Communication and Administrative Ethics, Theory and Practice of Social and Cultural Engineering, Marketing in Social and Cultural Sphere, Fundamentals of Expert Advisory Activities in Socio-cultural Sphere, and Legislation in Socio-cultural Sphere.
The students can continue their education as PhD students under a programme Theory and History of Culture.
Career
The students will be able to perform administrative activities in the field of culture, expert-analytical and advisory work, in predicting of socio-cultural development, development and implementation of projects with socio-cultural orientation in the field of cultural and creative entrepreneurship.

Admissions
Only students with a higher educational diploma may submit application for this programme. The students shall be enrolled on a competitive basis according to the results of special entrance examinations (cultural studies) and interview.
