The Master's Program "Legal regulation of state and municipal service" is aimed at providing a professional legal capacity in the field of public administration. The purpose of the program is to provide in-depth vocational training which allows graduates to independently solve problems requiring creative organizational, managerial and scientific solutions. Cultural and professional competences allow graduates to work successfully in their chosen field. The areas of professional activity are: the development and implementation of legal regulations; ensuring law and order, research, education and training.

The program includes the fundamentals of state power of the subjects of the Russian Federation; control and supervision in the field of public administration; administrative justice; qualification of crimes against the interests of the government, interests of public service and service in local governments.

Graduates can be employed in law enforcement, prosecution and judicial authorities, research and teaching institutions, as well as commercial and non-commercial organizations, including NGOs. Graduates may continue their scientific career or postgraduate study.

Admission to the program is carried out on a competitive basis following the results of admission tests: an entrance examination and an interview.
