The Finance programme aims to train highly qualified economists and analysts who have deep knowledge and mastery of modern analytical and financial management methods. Graduates of the programme will have knowledge of advanced economic theory (macroeconomics), as well as of economic and mathematical tools (econometrics). They will also know the current trends and challenges in the area of finance (e.g., finance theory, asset valuation, and strategic financial management) and be able to understand relevant areas of corporate finance (e.g., mergers and acquisitions, derivatives, real investment management, banking financial management and risk management).
