Psychology of Management

The educational program is aimed at training highly qualified master's psychologists who are able to solve complex problems in organizational psychology, management psychology and consulting psychology. Development of the ability and willingness to show leadership qualities, organize the work of the workforce, the ability to work in interdisciplinary project teams, including as a leader. Development of analytical and logical thinking, the ability to think creatively, generate ideas, the ability to synthesize information, communicative and oratorical abilities, the ability to convince, self-regulation skills and modeling of professional activity.

Psychology of personnel management; Psychodiagnostics of professional readiness; Psychology of conflict management in the organization; Mediation Psychodiagnostics and counseling of personality in the organization; Psychotechnologies of team building and training work; Psychological foundations of professional health; Theory of organization and organizational behavior; Instrumental lie detection in working with personnel.
