Programme Focus
Within this programme, the students are offered a chance to master two foreign languages up to the Proficiency level. The programme aims to enable the students to carry out translation and interpreting activities. The students acquire profound knowledge of cultural and historical background of linguistics and intercultural communication as well as theory and practice of translation. They develop an understanding and acquire tools of linguistic analysis and computer-based techniques in translation. Being free users of at least two foreign languages, programme graduates easily make written and oral translations of different types in all spheres of communication.
