  • Legal Support of Management Activity in the field of Law Enforcement

    Jurisprudence (Criminal Law and Criminal Procedure)

    The goal of the Master's degree programme is to train graduates for educational, law enforcement, and research activities as higher school teachers, judges, law enforcement officers, public servants, or lawyers.

    The programme is aimed at providing theoretical and practical knowledge in the field of criminal and criminal-procedural law to form knowledge, skills in law-making, law enforcement, expert and consulting, organizational activities.

    A specific feature of this Master's degree programme is its practical orientation. A graduate who has mastered the programme is able to participate in the development of regulatory legal acts, substantiate and make decisions, take actions related to the implementation of legal norms, protect the rights and legitimate interests of the citizens and legal entities, provide legal assistance, advise on legal issues of individuals and legal entities, analyze and apply judicial statistics, including the preparation of judicial acts and adjudication.


  • Theory and Practice of Crime Prevention

    The goal of the program is to form students’ legal conscious which is connected to an intolerant attitude towards crime, and also the development of skills and abilities of scientific understanding of the issues of countering crime.

    Master’s students study:

    • The status and trends of crime in modern society;
    • Determinants of the occurrence, development, and function of social relationships and their effects on the state of crime;
    • The conceptual basics of countering crime on various levels;
    • The structure of law enforcement organizations of the Russian Federation and foreign governments;
    • Peculiarities in international legal cooperation for the fight against crime.

  • Administrative, Finance Law

    The goal of this program is to prepare highly qualified personnel with fundamental knowledge in the areas of administrative and financial law.

    The contents of the education are aimed at an in-depth understanding of the problems of financial and administrative rights, which guarantees graduates to work in the system of the organs of governmental and municipal power, including tax and customs organs.

    Deep understanding of the issues of investment activities, banking and insurance law, the interaction between governments and business give graduates the chance to work successfully in the sphere of financial legal consulting.
