The top three universities in the Russian league are Lomonosov Moscow State University placed in the 101-110 group, Saint Petersburg State University (181-190) and Moscow State Institute of International Relations (191-200). Higher School of Economics moved up from the 2018 position into the 201-250 bracket. The 301-500 group includes Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology, National Research Nuclear University MEPhI, National University of Science and Technology MISIS, Novosibirsk State University, National Research Tomsk Polytechnic University, Peoples’ Friendship University of Russia and some other Russian higher education centres.

QS Graduate Employability rankings were released for the fourth time to reflect the demand for the world’s top universities graduates on the labour market. The QS survey is based on such criteria as employer reputation, alumni outcomes, employer partnerships (university cooperation with companies ranked by Fortune and Forbes), employer-student connections (internships, presentations, job fairs) and graduate employment (within 12 months of graduation).
