International Olympiad Open Doors: Registration Ongoing

Olympiad application deadline for international prospective students has been extended to 16 February 2018.

Winners will be admitted to tuition-free master’s programme at the Russian university of their choice without entrance examinations. Register at Open Doors website and upload your portfolio to take part in the tryouts. The finals are scheduled for 5-15 March 2018. Competitors are offered to solve problems in a chosen discipline online. The results will be published in late March.

Olympiad Open Doors welcomes foreign nationals, Russians living abroad and stateless persons having a bachelor’s degree or completing their undergraduate studies later this year. The academic competition was organised by leading Russian higher education institutions such as ITMO National Research University, Siberian Federal University, Lobachevsky University, Higher School of Economics, Novosibirsk State University, National Research Nuclear University MEPhI, Moscow Institute og Physics and Technology, National University of Science and Technology MISiS, Peter the Great St. Petersburg Polytechnic University, Immanuel Kant Baltic Federal University, Ural Federal University, Kazan Federal University and others. Solutions can be written in Russian or English. The Olympiad covers physics, mathematics, computer science and economics; participants can select one or several disciplines.
