Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology Offers Online Prep Courses to International Applicants

MIPT developed the Phystech.Academy online programme to coach schoolchildren for international MIPT Olympiads and entrance exams at Russia’s best engineering universities. Enrolment for tuition-free Phystech.Academy courses is open to 8th-11th grade schoolchildren from Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Latvia, Belarus, Moldova and elsewhere who have passed the tests.

Phystech.Academy students can select one or several subjects: Maths, Physics and Russian. A course in each subject includes online lectures, problems to be solved independently and a list of references. Performance is rated by intermediate test results; end-of-course exams are unavailable. After completing the programme students get the certificate giving them extra points for individual achievements which are added to the overcall Unified State Exam score when enrolling at MIPT.
