Prospective Students from Lithuania to Learn How to Enter a Russian University

IKBFU will represent educational programmes in Vilnius.

Lithuanian capital will host the international exhibition of knowledge, education and career planning STUDIES 2018 on 8 and 10 February. Among participants are foreign universities, language schools and other educational organizations. Russia will be represented by Immanuel Kant Baltic Federal University. The staff will tell applicants about enrollment campaign 2018/2019, applying options, majors, accommodation for international students as well as hold career-oriented seminar. 

IKBFU is located in Kaliningrad. The university offers different majors of study which are humanities, engineering and natural science. Medicine, IT, oil and gas Industry, linguistic etc are popular among international students. Applicants who do not speak Russian may choose English-taught programmes or enter Preparatory Department, learn the language and enroll in basic programmes in Russian. More than 400 foreign students studied at the university in 2017; Lithuanian citizens are on fourth place among them. According to university’s representatives, Baltic students have their benefit studying at the IKBFU because of its location; they do not need to go far away from home. IKBFU is right at the border with Lithuania.

STUDIES 2018 will be held at Lithuanian Exhibition and Congress Centre LITEXPO located at 5 Laisves prospect, Vilnius; exhibition halls 1-5. Opening hours: 8 and 9 February from 10:00 to 17:00, 10 February from 10:00 to 16:00. Admission by ticket only.
