The Open Doors International Olympiad: Russian Scholarship Project is held annually with the support of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation and the Federal Agency for the Commonwealth of Independent States Affairs, Compatriots Living Abroad, and International Humanitarian Cooperation (Rossotrudnichestvo) for Master's and postgraduate studies among foreign citizens, stateless persons and Russians living abroad with a Bachelor's/Master's degree or completing their studies at a Bachelor's/Master's program in the current academic year.
Winners and prize-winners will be enrolled on Master's or PhD programs at Russian universities FOR FREE without entrance tests (funded by the Russian Government).
Participants of the final stage of Urfu can get a 25% discount on training on a contract basis.
