What documents do foreign nationals have to submit for undergraduate/graduate studies?

Do I have to take an English examination for English medium programmes?
You have to take the English examination if you apply for an English medium programme. The university recognises IELTS and TOEFL certificates.
Can I take entrance examinations online?
This opportunity is provided for prospective masters students (applicants do not take examinations; the university only assesses the cover letter and achievements presented at the portfolio contest).
How much are tuition fees?
Tuition fees range between 180,000 and 405,000 rubles ($2,769 to $6,230) a year. The average fee is 280,000 rubles ($4,307) a year.
