I feel comfortable here, I like the city and people

I am studying environmental design and architecture. Since I was a child I have always liked drawing and math, so choosing the field of study came quite naturally. At first I had my mind set on advertisement, because this field enables you to use communicative skills and creativity. Russia was my first choice mainly for the language, I am comfortable here, I like the city and its people. I have been to St. Petersburg before and fell in love with it. To me SPbPU is one of the best universities, I was also impressed by the way foreign students are treated here. I am talking about the volunteers’ support that helps us fit in faster. There are different options for leisure time, such as concerts and competitions. The first one that comes to my mind is “Mister and Miss Polytech” and “The Star of Polytech”. I am an artistic person, too. I dance and paint. So I like this kind of events and participate not only as a contestant but also as a planner. I find it exciting and inspiring.
