I was amazed by the modern beautiful campus, a real student town

I am a second year student of General Medicine at the School of Biomedicine. There are a lot of international students at FEFU now and it's interesting to live and study in such a multicultural environment.

When I arrived here, I was amazed by the modern beautiful campus, a real student town. Everything necessary is available here, the infrastructure is developed, beautiful nature: the campus is located on the beach. Cleanliness around and the fact that everybody follows the traffic rules is striking. If I come to a crosswalk, the cars stop to let me go first. It does not happen so in India!

It took me longest to get used to the local cuisine: Russian dishes are very different from the Indian ones. But I became independent: I cook all by myself, keep the room clean and tidy, study the lectures, and prepare for the exams.

Of course, I really miss my family and relatives, but I never regretted that I came to study here. For all those who are just going to enter FEFU: you need to understand that you are responsible for your academic performance here, you need to be responsible, work hard, and you are sure to succeed then!
