I study at South Ural State University at the double degree programme Renewable Energy. I get knowledge that will be useful for me in my future work. When I saw Russia at first glance, I was shocked by the different things from China. Everything was different: вuildings, people, children, characters and so on. At first I was a little nervous, because I did not know how everything would turn out here. But it adapted quickly enough. The main impression is Russian people, they are very sympathetic. I remember how I first came to the supermarket to buy food, I was confused by the differences in culture and by the assortment, there were no familiar products. But my Russian friends have told everything and in general have always helped me. It was interesting to learn more about the culture, traditions, customs of another country. Teachers also actively communicate with us and try to find an approach, to make sure that we understand them as best as possible and have learned as much material as possible. For example, the teacher during lecture has been communicating with us and tried to find a way to make us understand him better and learn more. The way in which classes are taken and examinations are different from Asian cultures, these classes in SUSU are more lively and vividly. I am always interested in every class, because I don’t know what happened at the next moment that excites me!
