In Russia education is practically oriented
At Samara University I was most of all surprised by the incredible amount of engine samples, all of them are gathered in a big hangar. And allthese engines are real. We do not have anything like this in Italy. As a matter of fact there are many differences between a Russian and Italian university. I would say that in Italy everything is more academic, our professors, manner of lecturing, education programme. In Russia education is more practically oriented, one concentrates on the process of creation of things. In Europe there are many stereotypes about Russia. It is considered that Russian people are not very friendly, that they think only about themselves, etc. But I can say that this is not true, people here are very good, and during my studies I made many friends.
