I choose to come to Kaliningrad because of the particular history of the city and the region and because the university is providing the students very small classes which allowed us to practice foreign language like English, French, or Russian better. It is also much easier to meet new people to make some friends and to enjoy the life here in Russia and to discover more about Russian culture.
