The program is based on the principles adopted by the Russian state system of testing Russian as a foreign language skills (TRKI - TORFL). It will be interesting to foreigners, who either do not speak Russian at all or do not have a sufficient knowledge of it.
The program is aimed primarily at increasing the students’ level of proficiency in Russian. Its main objective is to form the basic language competences, which will be useful to foreign citizens prior to their admission to Russian universities on the fields of study of their choice.
Alongside with acquiring the verbal communication skills and learning the rules of the Russian language, students will get acquainted with the traditions and customs of our country, learn a lot about life and the mysterious "Russian soul" - the mentality of Russians, Russian culture, its politics and economy.
This will enable them to obtain a certificate of proficiency in Russian on the beginner’s level, which is mandatory for admission of foreigners in Russian universities.
