The field of professional activity of masters is directed to theoretical and experimental research, mathematical and computer modeling, design, construction, production technology, use and operation of materials, components, electronic devices, devices, vacuum, plasma, solid, microwave, optical, micro- and nanoelectronics for various functional purposes.
The training takes place at the Department of Semiconductor Physics and Optoelectronics and the Department of Solid State Electronics, which work in close cooperation with the Scientific and Educational Center "Physics of Solid State Nanostructures" of the UNN.
