The general professional program of the Master's program "Sociology" is aimed at developing the personal qualities of students, the formation of general cultural (general scientific, social, personal, instrumental) and professional competences in the content of the theoretical foundations of sociological science, applied research issues, information mobility, fluency in sociological methods, tools, primary analysis in the context of public organizations.
Along this Master’s graduates of "Sociology" will be able to conduct expert and consulting activities (involve experts from relevant research centers for in-depth analysis of social problems and projects, coordinate the work of the involved research groups and set tasks for conducting such studies, assess their quality), and also to conduct professional training of sociologists (reproduction of professional personnel).
