The aim of academic program

Training in linguistic-cultural knowledge and acquiring competencies in the field of international professional interaction and being ready to participate in the implementation of Euro-Asian Context.

The relevance of the master's program is due to the growing need for highly qualified competent personnel who professionally master both components of philology and are ready to carry out professional activities in organizations at a high professional level.

The exclusivity of the master's profile lies in the fact that the disciplines included in this course meet the requirements of leading universities, and also meet the requirements 

1.      the new political strategy of the Russian Federation, focused on the development of multipolarity in the world,

2.      the rapid development of multispectral cooperation between the member states of the new political union BRICS and the international organization SCO,

3.      an international trend towards the development of Eurasian cooperation and strategically important macro-regions.

The novelty of the master's program at Kazan Federal University has been aimed at applied results in the field of linguistics and a professional project in demand in the northern territories (linguistic knowledge is realized in a specific professional field), as well as the study of oriental languages and culture.

Graduate Model: Linguist – Translator/Interpreter - Internationalist - Participant of ambitious Eurasian professional projects and strategic macroregions.

Government agencies and business structures involved in the implementation of Eurasian projects and international activities in priority areas for development in the north and cooperation with China: science-intensive and high-tech, strategically priority sectors and industries.

Multiple appeals from the heads of educational organizations about the need to train personnel with two profiles - Russian and Chinese / Korean / English - indicate that there is a great need. Graduates of this profile will be in demand in the educational services market not only in the Republic of Tatarstan and the Russian Federation, but also abroad.
