About training

The program graduates research and develop micro- and nanosystem-based technology; heterostructures and nanostructures for opto- and nanoelectronics; physics and technology of nanocomposites; optical and capacitive spectroscopy of quantum-dimensional systems; physics and technology of wide-band semiconductor devices.
