The programme is interdisciplinary and pre-supposes dialogue with philosophers, sociologists, theologians, art historians, lawyers, economists and others. Educational track on Comparative History of Knowledge is taught jointly with the Poletayev Institute for Historical and Theoretical Research in the Humanities.

Graduates of the Master’s Programme will be able to build careers in research and teaching and also as experts in public history programmes. The skills and knowledge acquired on the course will be useful for research, teaching, editing and publishing, and for work in information research centres.
