This program trains specialists how to determine the policies of enterprises and organizations as they relate to information systems and technology. Students learn how to ensure the development of successful strategies for IT development in enterprises and how to determine the components and functions of information systems. Students work on real projects and participate in applied and fundamental research projects carried out by HSE’s Laboratory of Theory and Practice of Decision Support Systems.
