The programme is designed for professionals with higher education and allows to obtain global education taking into account the education peculiarities in various CIS countries and is aimed at training of highly qualified professionals with fundamental knowledge and expertise in international relations, modelling and forecasting of international relations, foreign policy planning, skilled in information technologies, art of business communication, diplomatic protocol and ceremonial.
