The term "Complex networks", which is how analytical, social and economic networks are generally called, originated at the beginning of the 21st century and refers to networks with a more complex architecture than classical networks with a given number of nodes and connections (transport, energy, utilities, communication networks, etc.). Complex networks are the subject of our daily life, reflected in the modern network economy and social networks, and, at the same time, the object of study in biology, economics, mathematics, psychology, sociology, engineering, computer science. Thus, complex networks are a rapidly developing phenomenon of the network economy and social networks, requiring a new interdisciplinary approach from science.

The program trains: System, business analysts and managers to conduct multivariate analytical calculations, and prepare solutions in all areas of economic, project and management activities; State and municipal employees-analysts who are able to support analytical activities in the field of forecasting, planning and programming of future socio-economic development at the level of federal, regional and municipal authorities; business and households.
