Psychology of management

During the course of study, you will study the field of management and business psychology. Gaining knowledge in the field of theoretical and methodological foundations of management psychology, as well as studying the forms and patterns of human mental activity and behaviour will allow you to effectively combine the knowledge and techniques of psychology in organizational and managerial activities. You will acquire the skills required to effectively support management processes in an organisation and learn the basics of mediation for organisational conflict resolution, staff appraisal and training.
