Description:
The programme focuses on training in geophysics and ocean and atmospheric physics, combining training in both fundamental and theoretical areas as well as training of research engineers and applied specialists. Courses in mathematical modelling, physical and numerical research methods as applied to earth sciences are taught to students. Undergraduates carry out their thesis work at research institutes and in real company projects, gain skills in modern software application packages, and have the opportunity to work and consult with industry experts.
