The programme includes three blocks: adaptation, fundamental and applied. During the implementation of the curriculum, master's students are involved in research work in MIPT divisions that carry out priority research and development in the field of methods and tools for monitoring natural and man-made environments. After completing the Master's programme, graduates can enter postgraduate courses of MIPT or other organisations and continue working in MIPT laboratories, as well as at leading enterprises of the military-industrial complex, aerospace industry, instrument-making industry, can organise independent small enterprises to solve urgent problems of industrial, environmental and general safety of the country..
