  • Applied Mechanics, Dynamics and Durability of Machines

    Area of professional activity:
    • theoretical and experimental work with elements of scientific research related to solving problems of dynamics, strength, stability, durability and reliability of machines;
    • The use of information technology, finite element analysis, software, computer-aided design and computer engineering.

    Unique features of the program:

    Aircraft engines and tractors, parts of nuclear reactors and ultralight aircraft, instruments and body armor, and much, much more - talent and knowledge of our teachers and scientists is embedded in these products. We generously share this knowledge and experience with our students - in lectures, in laboratories and in our textbooks.
    The department has five doctors of science, the rest are candidates of technical sciences. Our employees are well known for their scientific work not only in Russia, but also abroad.
