About the training program

This two-year Master’s degree program is prepared by an academic team from the College of Novel Materials and Nanotechnology, Department of Technology for Electronic Materials. The program is devoted to the study of micro- and nanoscale phenomena, materials and devices. It gives students solid foundation in three core areas: nanomaterial fabrication and characterization, physical properties, and devices. The students will also understand the potential for the technology commercialization and its social impact.

What will they teach you?

  • Management of Quality
  • Methods of Mathematical Modeling
  • Technology and Materials of Quantum Electronics

What do graduates do?

This program gives a wide range of options to choose the specialization form and, on the other hand, it is based on modern and traditional approaches of materials development: Thermodynamics, Kinetics, Phase diagrams.
