The university offers foreign nationals the master’s programme in Cyber Security Law.

Far Eastern Federal University School of Law has launched Russia’s first ever English-taught master’s programme in Cyber Security Law for international students. They will study legal and ethical norms of using artificial intelligence (AL) and cloud technologies, data protection laws, methods of fighting cyber crime, cryptocurrency regulation and other cyber law disciplines. Graduates can work as lawyers at companies focused on state-of-the-art AI technology, virtual and augmented reality and big data. Classes are conducted by FEFU teachers and visiting cyber law experts from Russian companies and foreign countries. Length of study is two years; graduates get a master’s degree. Tuition fee is 313,000 rubles ($5,220) a year.

Candidates can take part in a portfolio contest to enrol in the programme. Send a copy of the undergraduate/specialist degree certificate with the transcript, English proficiency certificate (TOEFL, IELTS, CAE, CPE or BEC), research papers (if any) and a cover letter to magistr@dvfu.ru.
