HSE International Summer University: Applications Open
The university offers international students 30 English-taught programmes in various fields.
Higher School of Economics (Moscow) invites international students to Summer University from 22 June to 20 August 2020. The length of study is one to seven weeks depending on the programme. The fields of study include Russian studies, economics, political science and regional studies, computer science, culture and history, business and management, law and mathematics. Students can select such courses as Financial Economics, Modern Russian Politics, Cross-Cultural Communication, Business in Russia etc. The language of instruction is English, so a student’s proficiency level has to be at B2 or higher. A summer linguistic school is offered to prospective Russian language learners, from the beginner to advanced levels. At the end of the training, students get a programme participation certificate and HSE transcript with ECTS credits (if they successfully complete the course). A cultural programme will be arranged for foreign nationals.
Applications are open till 20 April 2020. Tuition fee: $200 to $1,000 depending on the chosen course. Registration fee is $50. Students from partner universities and HSE graduates are entitled to a 20 percent tuition fee discount. See the list of the partner universities on the HSE website.
