MIPT«Phystech.International» Summer School Intake Open
The short programme will run in Moscow Region from July 1 till 15 July 2017.
The course is intended for high schoolers who completed the 9th or 10th grade. Students can choose one of the three directions: Advanced Mathematics or Physics, Mathematics and Physics or Chemistry and Physics. Training high schoolers for both MIPT- and all-Russia level academic competitions is an important objective of the summer school.
Language of instruction is Russian. The school, well-established at the university, allocates half of places in the group to CIS students (mostly from Belarus, Kazakhstan, Ukraine, Transniestria and Moldova).
In addition to lectures and seminars, organisers arranged an entertainment programme for the summer school participants, which includes Moscow tours, cultural events and sport contests.
To enroll in the school, applicants have to take an online test on the university website by 5 June. Tuition fee is 32,000 roubles ($570). The candidates showing best results can expect a discount; the most talented students will enrol for free. Graduates are awarded «Phystech.International» ceritifcate which gives an advantage in MIPT admission.
