Education in Russia is in demand in Belarus. In the academic year 2017/2018, more than 7,000 Belarussian students were on programmes of different levels at Russian universities which offer an impressive range of fields with the opportunities to study engineering sciences, medicine, biology, chemistry, linguistics, economics, management, law etc. Affordable tuition fees and the internships to solidify knowledge through practice are among other advantages of studying in Russia. The two countries have signed an academic degree recognition agreement which is an important factor for graduates.
