The university offers English- and Russian-taught engineering and humanities programmes.

Saint Petersburg Electrotechnical University “LETI” has launched an intake for short winter programmes in various fields. Prospective engineers are invited to the English-medium school in Automation and Mechatronics focused on mobile robotics, computer vision technologies etc. The school in Industrial Software Engineering for Robotics and Internet of Things targets future IT specialists and is devoted to embedded programming. Biomedical Engineering is for students wishing to further their knowledge in this field. The university also offers engineering schools in Renewable Energy and Laser and Optical Measurements. Intercultural Communication in Business and History of the Russian Revolution in St. Petersburg: 1900–1917 are English-taught schools for students interested in entrepreneurship and history. Schools of various levels, from the beginner to advanced, are offered to Russian language and culture learners. They will study Russian grammar and vocabulary and have speaking practice.

ETU “LETI” winter schools will run between 21 January and 3 February 2018. Applications deadlines: 25 December 2018 for residents of visa-free travel countries, 15 December for EU residents and 20 November for residents of other countries. Accommodation in dormitory costs 5,000 rubles ($77) for two weeks. Admission requirements: intermediate English language proficiency level.
