HSE Incentives for Talented Prospective Students
How foreigners can get an undergraduate or graduate programme discount.
The discount rate depends on the results of competitive selection. Prospective students applying for undergraduate programmes are eligible for a 70 percent discount if they pass two exams with a score of 170 points or higher. Those who score 150 to 169 points earn a 50-percent discount and candidates with a score of 140 to 149 get a 25 percent discount. Prospective master’s students discounts: 50 percent for portfolios scoring upwards of 60 points; 25 percent for a portfolio score of 50 to 59 points. The discounts are only available for programmes with scholarship slots.
To take part in competitive selection, register at the HSE website, take online tests and wait for the Admissions Board’s decision. Online application deadline is 14 August 2020. An extra 5-percent discount applies if the student pays for the first semester by 1 June 2020.
