HSE Launches Seven New Undergraduate Programmes

International prospective students can apply for two programmes at the same time and then choose one of them.

Three of the seven new programmes of Higher School of Economics are double-degree programmes in English: Economics and Politics in Asia (offered in collaboration with South Korea’s Kyung Hee University) and Management and Digital Innovation and Data Science and Business Analysis (joint projects with University of London). Tuition fees for the programmes are 490,000 rubles ($8,300), 600,000 rubles ($10,155) and 585,000 rubles ($9,900) a year, respectively. Length of study is four years.

Another three new programmes are taught in Russian; they are offered by Institute of Oriental Studies and Antiquity: Bible Studies and History of Ancient Israel, Iranian Language and Literature and Indian Language and Literature. The courses include studies of ancient and modern languages of the selected country, its history and culture. Places for scholarship and contract students are available. Tuition fee is 300,000 rubles ($5,100) a year. Length of study is five years.

Lastly, School of Design is launching a new Russian-taught programme called Modern Art. It comprises several study tracks; students have to select one in their first year.
