Kazakh Prospective Students Offered to Take HSE Entrance Exams in Astana and Almaty

Competitive selection for bachelor’s and specialist's degree programmes will take place on 7-9 July 2017.

Higher School of Economics Admissions Office will work at the Republican Physics and Mathematics School in Almaty (36 Bulvar Bukhar zhyrau) and Astana (2/1 Turkestan Street). Kazakh applicants can take tests in maths, history and Russian and English languages and participate in creativity competition if they wish to pursue journalism or choose media communications as the field of study.

Intake is open to self-funded students; government scholarships are also available. To participate in competitive selection, applicants should complete registration by 4 July. Examinations schedule will be available on the university website at a later date.

HSE offers 64 bachelor’s programmes and 129 master’s programmes. Prospective students can choose the venue of study from HSE campuses in Moscow, Petersburg, Perm and Nizhny Novgorod. At present, students from 76 countries study at HSE.
