LETI New Graduate Programmes in English

Don’t miss your chance if you plan to enrol in a graduate programme this year. Saint Petersburg Electrotechnical University “LETI” has launched three new English medium masters programmes for international applicants who wish to further their knowledge in engineering professions. Microwave and Terahertz Engineering of Wireless Systems is for careers in modern communication technologies. Photovoltaics and Solar Energy Technology aims to train specialists capable of designing and maintaining solar electric plants; over two years, students will study solid state physics, photogalvanics, materials science etc. Computer Science and Knowledge Discovery students gain skills in the field of information and communication technology, computer networks, modern software, data acquisition and analysis and information security.
Length of study is two years; graduates get a master’s degree in the chosen major. Tuition fee is 198,000 rubles ($3,300) a year for any of the three programmes. To enrol in a LETI masters programme, fill out the application form on the university website and mail the scans of your passport, certificate of bachelor’s degree in engineering and English proficiency certificate to master@etu.ru. Attach a notarised translation of these documents. Candidates face a qualifying test in the chosen programme, a contest of degrees and an interview.
