On January 25, 2020, the Government of the Russian Federation published an order * to resume flights with Finland, Vietnam, India and Qatar. Flights will be operated 2 times a week from Moscow to Hanoi, Delhi and Helsinki and 3 times a week to Doha.

This means that over 20,000 international students from Russian universities will be able to return to full-time studies! In 2020, many of them were unable to cross the borders due to quarantine restrictions, so universities have developed new technologies for teaching and supporting these students remotely. This is in every way is the most awaited good news! We congratulate students from India, Vietnam, Finland and Qatar on a great start to the new year.
