Siberian Federal University Invites International Applicants to Belchyonok Olympiad

The academic competition is open to high school students who can speak Russian.

SibFU will hold competitions in maths, computer science, physics, chemistry, biology, geography, economics, history and social science. Try-outs will be held remotely until 31 December 2017. Initial stage winners and awardees will take part in the onsite finals on 23 January through 30 March 2018. Registration is now underway on the Olympiad website, the venues list will be available later.

Maths and computer science finalists are entitled to preferences in admission to SibFU undergraduate or specialist programmes. The contestants showing good results in other subjects (physics, biology, geography, economics, history and social science) add six to ten extra points to the university entrance exams score.
