How Foreigners Can Apply to HSE

The online meeting will take place on 26 February 2018.

Higher School of Economics St Petersburg offers a webinar to international applicants for free. It will be live-streamed in Russian at 15:00, Moscow time, on 26 February and in English at 16:00. Sign into the website and fill in an application; the link will be emailed to you one day before the webinar. Forward your requests for more information to iadmission-spb@hse.ru.

During the online meeting, HSE staff will present education programmes, admission requirements (including quota student rules), living conditions on the campus, Saint Petersburg, and graduate employment opportunities. At the end of HSE presentation, participants can ask university representatives questions.

Higher School of Economics is a modern Russian university offering programmes of different study levels, from undergraduate to postgraduate. Many programmes are taught in English; students can simultaneously get two degrees (from Russian and foreign universities). HSE also runs a preparatory department where students can learn Russian in a year and get a grounding in the subjects which are essential for enrolling in the basic programme.
